Case study: our own website
How we rebuilt seoengineboost.com for orthodontic search
Before we ask a practice to trust our process, we ran it on our own site. This is the full record: where the site started, exactly what we changed, the numbers we can verify today, and the search results we will publish at 30, 60 and 90 days.

Starting position
Where the site was on October 12
The site already had a page for each service, but most pages were short, covered fewer of the questions practice owners ask, and gave search engines little to separate them from other agencies. Articles were bylined to the brand only, with no named expert behind the clinical content, and no Person structured data existed for the founder.
For an agency that tells orthodontists to show expertise, cover real questions and prove who stands behind health content, that was the wrong example to set. So we treated our own site as client number one.
Before and after
What changed, measured
Before values come from the October 12 revisions of the same 32 pages. After values were measured on October 17, 2026.

| H2 sections | 212 | 297 |
| Comparison and data tables | 24 | 41 |
| Internal links | 313 | 417 |

We only list a before value where we measured it. Where we did not, we say so.
What we did
The work, step by step
The same sequence we use for a practice, applied to our own site.
Researched every page against the first page of Google
For each service we searched the main term in US results and reviewed the pages that ranked: which questions they answered, which proof they showed, what they left out. Each of our pages was then planned to cover those questions properly and add what competitors missed, such as clinical accuracy notes and honest limits.
Kept every URL and rebuilt the content
No URL changed, so no existing rankings or links were put at risk. Each page was rebuilt around one search intent, with the questions practice owners ask, tables, process steps and a clear next step.
Added structured data that matches the page
FAQPage schema on service pages, breadcrumb markup, a Person entity for the founder with verified profiles, and an author reference to the founder on every article, all matching visible content.
Put a named expert behind health content
Each article will carry a clinical review note from Dr. Mahmoud Elsheikh, a dentist completing an MSD in Orthodontics, once he has reviewed it. Notes are added article by article, never in bulk before the review is done.
Verified on real screen sizes
All 32 pages were checked on desktop and at a 390 pixel phone width for overflow, missing icons, heading structure and working forms.

What we are not claiming
No ranking or traffic claims until the data exists
This case study shows the work and what we can measure today. It does not claim rankings, traffic or new clients yet, because those results have not had time to happen. When the 30 and 90 day data arrives, we will publish it here with screenshots.
- No invented percentages
- No results borrowed from other agencies
- Updates dated and published even if results are slow
